This creamy garlic butter clam dish is best served with toasted bread, rice or pasta! Perfect as a main dish or for sharing. Using Seaco Online (TheSeafoodCompany)'s Cooked Short Neck Clams which have already been washed, cleaned and cooked, you just need to toss it in to mix it well with the sauce. Very fuss-free!
Ingredients needed:
2 - 3 tbsp butter
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
A dash of chilli flakes (can substitute with chilli powder)
1/2 packet of cream (option to use low fat)
1 packet of cooked short neck clams and some clam juice
2 tbsp of lemon juice
How to cook:
1. Heat the pan, melt butter, brown garlic
2. Add in chilli flakes and cream, mix well
3. Add in cooked clams and some clam juice (as you wish - the more you add, the less thick the sauce will be)
4. Cover the pot and allow it to simmer on low heat for 1 min
5. Squeeze some lemon juice and serve!
