What's in the Mother's Day Bundle?

• Frozen Half Shell Scallop (10-13pcs), 1kg
• Grilled Garlic Whole Tilapia Fish, 1kg
• Whole King Prawn (8-10pcs), 1kg
• Herbal Prawn Soup, 850g

How to Cook

• Half Shell Scallop, Steamed with Vermicelli.
• Grilled Garlic Whole Tilapia, Fully thawed the fish, Boil some vegetables and ingredients. Place it at the base of a plate, top with the thawed fish. Steam for 10mins.
• Whole King Prawn. Slit and devein the prawns. Top with some cheese and bake for 6mins.
• Herbal Prawn Soup, Fully thaw the ingredients. Pour the soup into a pot. Boil the soup and add the prawns and boil for 3mins. Add some cooking wine to enhance the flavor.

Storage Guidelines

• Keep Frozen at below -18°C.
