Storage Guidelines: For fresh sashimi, once received, store in the chiller between 0 to 4 degree Celsius. Fresh sashimi is for immediate consumption on the same day. 

For frozen items, store frozen at or below -18 Degree Celsius. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
