Sashimi Christmas Party Platter

A Fresh Sashimi Platter that will transport your right to the sea. This platter contains:

1. 500g - Fresh Salmon: Known for its rich, buttery texture and delicate flavour, it forms the centerpiece of this sashimi platter.
2. 300g - Fresh Scallop: Sweet and creamy with a subtle ocean taste, scallop sashimi offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
3. 100g - Tako Slices (Octopus): Thinly sliced, tender pieces of octopus provide a slightly chewy texture with a mild, clean flavor.
4. 100g - Ikura (Salmon Roe): These vibrant orange pearls burst with a salty, umami-filled brine, adding both visual and flavour contrast to the platter.
   

Note: As a general precaution, vulnerable groups of people, especially young children, pregnant women, elderly persons or people with chronic illness such as diabetes should exercise caution by avoiding the consumption of raw food.

Once received, store in chiller between 0 to 4 Degree Celsius. Fresh Sashimi is for immediate consumption on the same day.
