Flat Bee Hiang (10pcs)

Flat Bee Hiang is made from a mixture of fish paste combined with seasonings and sometimes other ingredients like vegetables or spices. The paste is then shaped into a flat hiang, wrapped in a tofu skin, and can be either steamed or deep-fried.  It can be served as an appetiser or snack, and accompanied by dipping sauces such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or sambal.
