How to Prepare/Cook

  • Thaw oysters in container under slow running water for 5 mins. After thawing, put the oysters in very cold ice water for another 5 mins (this will improve the texture). Open with knife/fork (its easy to open), rinse the meat under light running water to remove natural sediments. Consume within 30 mins after thawing, do not refreeze.
  • Steaming, baking (topped with cheese), frying (oyster omelette, tempura), or use in soups and stews.

Storage Guidelines

  • If not for immediate consumption, please keep frozen in the freezer at below -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
